About Us
Welcome to Farm 4 Freedom, a rehabilitation community for men victim to recidivism. Founded by Maria Baranova in 2020, Farm 4Freedom seeks to provide the victims of recidivism the highest-level residential reformation program in Knoxville. We aim to do so by providing a supportive environment, secure housing, horticultural therapy, life training, targeted character development, recovery support, and community service.
We believe that focusing on an individual’s identity, purpose, and wholeness is essential for the success of each person.
- Vision: Our vision is to empower men to be free from recidivism and introduce them to a self-sufficient way of life in a farming environment. By doing so we believe we can cultivate and consistently advance each participant from a life of minimal freedom to a life of complete freedom.
- Mission: Farm 4 Freedom strives to end the cycle of recidivism one person at a time by reintegrating each of our residents back into Knoxville society.
- Values: We desire to bring purpose and direction into each resident’s life. We believe that once a person learns basic life skills and defines an inherent purpose in life, they will happily live a sober/productive life.
